Wades Cleaning Services, understand that moving is a very stressful time for all involved, so we aim to reduce this stress by completing an End of Tenancy Clean on the property.
This is the same as a deep clean, however, as the property is vacant or being emptied while we are present, it allows our team to complete the clean with more ease as there are not objects which impede their ability to access all areas.
These can be arranged by current residents (to ensure they don’t lose their deposit due to the property not being clean), landlords (for properties which have been left in need of a clean before the next tenants move in) or future residents (who want a nice clean house to start making their own memories in).
It must be noted that if there is any biohazardous waste, then this would incur additional charges.
