There may be a variety of reasons why a property has been vacant or void for a while – this includes but is not limited to repossessions, squatters, non running water/ no electricity.
On occasion some of the void properties have been broken in to and used as a place to sleep or shelter by homeless people.
We are trained to respond to these cleans and get these areas back to a clean and safe condition – whether this includes removal of smashed glass, windows or sharps.
